"The add-on felt cheap"
I ordered flowers and added a small gift thinking it would make the whole thing feel a bit nicer, but I regretted it. The flowers were fine, nothing amazing, but the add-on looked really cheap and was way smaller than I expected. It kind of felt like I was stuck paying extra for something that could’ve come from a dollar store. I wouldn’t add it again.

I thought the flowers looked pretty, but I was surprised by how small the arrangement was for the price. Maybe I had pictured something fuller, but when it arrived, I felt a bit disappointed. It just wasn’t quite what I had in mind...

"Pretty flowers, but availability is frustrating"
The flowers I did get were really nice, but I was annoyed that the one I actually wanted was seasonal and already sold out. I wish they’d keep more options available year-round because it’s frustrating having to wait around or settle for something else.

I was really glad they delivered to my area... a few other flower sites wouldn’t. I ordered flowers for my sister who’s a bit outside of town, and they still got there without any issues. Super easy experience.

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday, and they ended up arriving a day late looking rough. I know delays can happen, and maybe it was just bad luck, but the timing was kind of the whole point of the gift.
I reached out to Callia support and the replies were slow and felt a bit copy-pasted. They offered a small credit, which I guess is something, but they wouldn’t refund it and didn’t really answer what I was asking.

I had to follow up more than once just to get basically the same response. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me it was more stressful than it was worth, and I don’t think I’ll use callia.com again.

"Didn’t feel worth the effort"
I ordered this for a birthday gift, and while the flowers themselves were okay, the whole presentation felt cheap. The wrapping was messy, and the card looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more special. i wasted time and energy stressing over picking the right gift, only for it to show up looking kind of underwhelming. Not awful, just disappointing

"I ordered from Callia because the photos..."
I ordered from Callia because the photos on the site looked really nice, but when my order arrived, it didn’t look like the same thing.

The colors were different, the size felt off, and the whole thing just didn’t match what was advertised. When I reached out, the response kind of made me feel like I was being picky or didn’t understand what I bought, which was frustrating.

I know products can look a little different in person, but this felt way too far off for the price. Between that and feeling talked down to, I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Tracking was easy to follow"
I ordered flowers from callia as a gift, and the tracking was mostly really easy to follow. I got an update when it was out for delivery, which was helpful because I wanted to make sure everything was on track.

The only small thing was that the first update took a little while to show up, so I was briefly wondering if my order had actually gone through. After that, it was smooth. 4 stars from me.

I ordered flowers for my sister and had a little worry about whether they’d arrive on time. But my instinct told me to go for it, and I’m glad I did. They showed up exactly when they said they would, with no delivery issues at all. Super easy experience and I was really happy with it.

"Delivery updates didn’t really help"
I kept getting notifications saying the flowers were on the way, so I waited around thinking they’d show up any minute. Then nothing came, and I started wondering if I’d misunderstood the timing or missed something. The next update finally came much later, but by then it wasn’t really useful. Frustrating overall

I ordered these flowers for my mom, and she was really happy when they arrived. The site was easy to use, and you get the delivery when they say you will, which is always a relief. The only small thing is I wish the card message had come through a little clearer.

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order, so I sent callia customer service a message. They didn’t answer right away or anything, but they got back to me later the same day, which was fine. Not like I was sitting there refreshing every two seconds, but yeah, it took a little time.

The person who replied was nice and actually explained things properly, not that weird copy-paste answer you sometimes get. It still needed one extra follow-up to fully sort out, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was good. I’d give it 4 stars.

I sent these flowers to my sister and she said they were and fresh, so I’m happy about that. They also arrived on the day they were supposed to, which was a relief. The only downside is that the bouquet looked a bit smaller than what I thought I was getting from the pictures. She liked them overall, but for the price I was expecting a little more. The process also felt kind of impersonal, like I was just another ticket number instead of someone sending a gift for a real occasion.

"Felt like I wasted my money"
I was disappointed when the flowers showed up. The roses were already drooping and a few petals had brown edges, so the bouquet just didn’t look fresh at all. It felt like they’d been sitting around for days before getting delivered. I put them in water right away hoping I could save them, but by the next morning they looked even worse. For what I paid, I really expected something nicer, and it’s frustrating feeling like I lost money on flowers that barely lasted a day.
